Exchange & Return Policy

At CJP Trader, we are committed to providing high-quality power tools and electronic accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Exchange & Return Policy is designed to make the process simple and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not working properly upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order (unless otherwise stated).

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit may be offered.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been used, installed, or damaged due to improper handling.

  • The item is returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or invoice.

  • The return request is made after the allowed return period.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number.

  2. Provide clear photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, follow the instructions provided for returning the product.

  4. After inspection, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

6. Processing Time

  • Exchanges are processed within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Customers will be notified once the replacement item is dispatched.
